Room in prime East london location - Columbia Road

Hi there, we have a room becoming available in our 4 person house on Columbia Road from June 14th on a 12 month contract.

We will be looking to do in-person viewings on the weeks commencing 25th May and 1st June so we can all meet and you can see the property.

Tenancy terms - the start date is from 14th June but you can move your stuff in before that on the Friday 12th. Monthly rent £950 exc bills.

Housemates:
3 young professionals all aged 27. Asher (lawyer); Liam (Sales ); Tom (Music) . All know each other from school and are very chill. They all have their own lives so not in the house 24/7 but do frequently socialise together over sports and music.

Location:
Location of this house is perfect. Everything you need is walking distance.

For example:

Transport - 15 mins to Old Street, 5 mins to Hoxton Station.

20 mins walk to Bank, 15mins to Liverpool Street, 10mins to London Fields, 5 mins to Shoreditch high street; right on Columbia Road market.

Shops, pubs and cafes also all within 2 minutes.

House / Room:
The room is on the smaller side but is fully furnished with a double bed, desk and in built wardrobe.

There’s room for a tv at the end of the room and a big white wall for a projector (that I have done).

The house itself provides social space with a garden and a spacious upstairs living room, we often spend a lot of time together in the living room so being social is encouraged.

The house is 3 floors. The room being advertised is on the middle floor. There is a downstairs toilet and middle floor bathroom.
