Bright and Modern Room in Penthouse Flat

We have a bright and modern double bedroom with balcony access and your own bathroom available. My flatmate Stefano is leaving to move in with his girlfriend and we are looking for someone to take his room.

The flat is modern and bright and features two bedroom and two bathrooms. You will have your own bathroom across the corridor with a large tub. The open plan living space is large and features a modern kitchen and elegant dining/living areas.

We are lucky that we have this amazing balcony and with huge windows the flat is always bright and sunny even in the winter.

The flat is super central in Tower Hill and City of London with Tower Hill, Fenchurch Street Aldgate and Liverpool Street all walking distance making transport easy. The area is generally quite quiet but has loads nearby, of course Shoreditch is a short walk but also there is a Puregym across the street as well as Third Space, and other gyms a 5 min walk away. For groceries there is a few Tesco’s, Coop,, Sainsbury’s and Amazon Fresh stores around.

I’m generally quite a clean and tidy person, not overly so but just quite laid back. I work in marketing 9-5 Monday to Friday and tend to usually gym after work so I’m usually home in the evenings and weekends. Looking for a similar professional who wants a nice home environment and quite relaxed.
