Tenants must be a Full Time Student (since it is a Student Accommodation). Offering a room in an absolutely modern, newly refurbished building, 10% cheaper (@225 pounds) than the official price.
The room is very bright with newly fitted furniture and is located on the 6th floor.
Bathroom is shared with one further tenant.
Kitchen is fully equipped (hob, micro-wave, two refrigerators, dish washer and washing machine).

Accommodation has a study room with Macs as well as a chill room with a playstation 4 and a flat screen equipped with Netflix.

Urbanest is a very nice, comfortable and multicultural environment and is located in the middle of London's historic center also known as the "City of London". Urbanest Towerbridge is only 5 minutes away (walking) from both the Tower of London and the famous Towerbridge. Also the accommodation is only minutes away from a great variety of grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, fitness centers and pubs.
