SUMMER STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

Hi everyone! I’m urgently looking for a replacement tenant in Northumberland House student accommodation. The location is ideal - 15 mins walking distance to LSE and King's College. (Please note that the new tenant must be a student)

🏠 En-suite room with private shower and bathroom - completely private space. The kitchen is shared with other 7 students from LSE, King’s, etc.
💵 £285 per week (all bills included) and £150 deposit.
🗓 Start date ASAP, but ideally 29 April or 6 May. The contract ends by the end of July 2023.
🚇 5 mins away from Embankment and Charing Cross, 8 mins away from Leicester Square, and easy access to several bus lines.

This location is really idea for any student in London, especially if you want to experience Central London over summer. Sadly, my plans have changed and I have to move over the summer.
