My boyfriend and I are currently live in this lovely spacious ensuite room near Trafalgar square. Due to a job reason, we need to move out of this flat on June 5th and we want to find someone to take it from there.

The flat's location is ideal. It’s 2 minutes walk to Trafalgar square, theater district and Chinatown and 5 minutes walk to Covent garden, River Thames and Soho. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops and bars just downstairs and around the corners. What I love the most about this flat is that, although it’s located in the center of the city, it’s very quiet and spacious. Our ensuite room is facing to an inner garden, and the beautiful top of London Coliseum is right outside the window.

The ensuite room is very spacious and large enough for two people with two study desks. It’s on the top floor and thus very bright. It comes furnished with double beds, closets and so on. The separate and large French Provincial bathroom is all yours. The large kitchen and the other model bathroom are shared with all the other 3 tenants. All the tenants here are young professionals and students. They are clean, easy to get along and respect your privacy. They worked hard to keep our shared area very clean and tidy.

The rent is 357 pcw with all bills included (electricity, internet, heating, hot water, counsel tax and so on)
