ROOM: The bedroom for rent has a European double bed (bigger than standard double), comfortable ergonomic mattress and some storage space. It’s peaceful and quiet

LOCATION: Dartmouth Park, 8min walk to Tufnell Park tube, 12min Gospel Oak train, 10min walk to Hampstead Heath

ME: I work in Marketing at an University; also amateur photographer and designer, love art and culture, which I consume as often as I can. I also like keeping active, socialising and I have a warm and friendly personality.

YOU: professional, tidy, considerate, responsible, friendly

DURATION: the current contract runs until May so you have an option to stay for six months only, or longer term by renewing contract after six months (runs yearly). My current flat mate is moving out but I am staying longer term.

BILLS: Approximately £180 per month (including fibre broadband, council tax, tv licence, gas, electricity, water and cleaner every second week)
