The house has a main bathroom suite with shower and separate bath, and an additional downstairs loo. The well equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer and a good sized dining table.

The recently decorated shared living room leads out to a secluded rear courtyard.

Tufnell Park has excellent transport links, with the Northern Line just a 2 minute walk from the house.

You’ll be sharing with three lovely housemates aged between 28-35: Jen works in international development, Lauren is a solicitor and Rachel works for Google.

The room is £705 per month and bills work out around £80 on top of that. We also have a cleaner who visits the property fortnightly.
