Looking for a new sub-letter from mid-December in our converted church in Tufnell Park, N19.

RENT + LOCATION
- The room is yours for just £690 a month (plus bills approx £100) - honestly it's amazing value for money.
- This would be a long term sublet and will accept a minimum stay of 6 months but would prefer a 12 month commitment.
- Just 0.2 miles / 8 min walk from Tufnell Park station (Northern Line)
- Get to central London in just 20 mins, the City in 25 mins, Shoreditch/Hackney in 30 mins by public transport
- Walking distance from Hampstead Heath (we go there a lot), Highgate and Kentish Town

PEOPLE
- You'll be sharing with 4 sociable and friendly professionals, aged 25-30 (male and female)
- Looking for a sociable housemate who will contribute to the fun dynamic in the house. We all love music, frequently eat and cook together, have friends over for drinks and go out to pubs and most parts of the city together - but we obviously respect each others space and have plenty of quiet nights in too.
- We're a multicultural house covering the UK, Peru, Bulgaria, France, Brazil and Australia (lots of dual citizenships) so don't be shy if you're not British!
- We've had a few subletters over the past few years of living here, both young professionals and research students, who have turned into close friends.

HOUSE
- The property comes furnished and includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, great coffee machine, big TV with netflix etc and games console
- Spacious garden/courtyard complete with exotic plants, ample bicycle storage and BBQs
- On-street parking available via Islington Council
- You will be sharing a bathroom (soon to be refurbished) with 2 other (clean and considerate) housemates
- We split the cost of a fortnightly cleaner to thoroughly clean the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, living room etc)
- The room gets amazing natural light from two elevations and boasts historic windows, shutters, architraves and columns. Amazing room to grow houseplants!
