Hello, I have a room available from the January in a 2 bedroom flat, bills included. The room is furnished a double bed, a sofa, TV stand, coffee table and and a couple of other furnishings.

The flat it self is cosy, but it gets loads of light throughout the day and year it's also well ventilated. It has a pretty great kitchen, gas stove, extractor, dishwasher, it's small but it lends itself to everything.

About me i'm Miguel recently completed a MSc in computer science and currently working in hospitality for the season. I'm quite outgoing, easy to get along with and like to socialise but also enjoy alone time and nights in. I like to keep busy doing things learning music, gigs, current affairs, health, food, science, nature, stand up comedy and most recently I've taken up sewing.

The flat is comfortable and secure with CCTV and intercom it's a great place and I treat it like a home so I'm looking for a flatmate that will care for the flat like a home as well. The landlords are fantastic too and will fix any issues right away.
