THE FLAT

TUFNELL PARK
Tufnell Park is a lovely area that’s very close to the city, but is calm enough to give you a break from the hustle and bustle when needed. It’s a short walk from Kentish Town and Camden which is great for seeing live music, and is either a walk or short bus ride away from many of North London’s best parks such as Hampstead Heath Waterlow Park, Ally Pally, and Highgate Wood. Tufnell Park high street has lots of cute shops including a greengrocer, butchers, cute cafes, and a sainsburys local which is really useful. Just down the road in Holloway there’s an Aldi/Morrisons/Asda/Waitrose as well as any other shop you might need. With the flat being only a two minute walk from the station, It’s the perfect place to live and commute from!
MEET THE FLATMATE (Review written by outgoing flatmate)
You’ll be living with Emer, a friendly chilled journalist who has the perfect balance of sociable and fun but also respecting each other’s space. She knows a lot of good spots to eat and drink in the area, and has the lowdown on the local cafes too! She travels and goes to the gym in her spare time and is also down for a flat drink/dinner/walk. She’s a fantastic person to live with, who has become a dear friend over being just my flatmate. We also have a lovely relationship with our upstairs neighbours.
She’s looking for a professional female who is friendly, clean but not obsessive, reliable, quiet and wants to share this flat as a home.
IMPORTANT INFO
Rent is 850 + bills, although the water bill is paid by our Landlord Emma. A new tenant will need to be in a full time job. £850 deposit and £850 first months’ rent will need to be paid upfront.

References are needed to show proof of employment, ability to cover rent and a satisfactory rental history.
The contract is a one-year joint liability tenancy with an option to roll on for longer.
