Garden flat Tufnell Park/Kentish Town

I’m looking for a flatmate to take the second room in this lovely, 2-bed, ground floor flat in Tufnell Park/Kentish Town.

Rent £900 pcm. Bills approx £160pcm
Total: Approx £1060

Some of the benefits:
- The flat has its own entrance and front garden.
- There is an entrance hallway which is perfect for bike storage. I keep mine there but there is room for two if you also cycle.
- There are high ceilings and dark wood floorboards which you can see from the photos. It is a flat with character.
- There is a bath and shower.
- The kitchen has a gas hob.
- There is a sole-use, spacious and secluded rear garden. Great for BBQs.
- A decent, responsive letting agent. They fix issues quickly.
- I furnished the flat myself but there are loads of chances to add your touches. The available bedroom comes with a bed and mattress, a wardrobe, and a tall
shelving/drawer unit but is otherwise a blank canvas.
- Transport links are numerous. Tufnell Park is under 4 mins walk away for the Northern Line and Kentish Town is almost as close for the Overground and Thameslink. There are also lots of buses including the 390 which runs 24hrs into the
West End.
- Tufnell Park/Kentish town is a great area, but if you’re seeing this ad, you probably knew that already.

What’s the catch?
- The garden is accessible through my bedroom so we’d just need to communicate when sharing access.
- I have a dog. He is lovely. If you don’t like dogs, totally fair, but this is not the flat share for you. If you like dogs, I hope this is an extra benefit.

What’s the vibe?
- This is not a raving party flat. Friendly dinner parties every so often are welcome and the garden has been used for entertaining when the weather allows with a bbq. One thing I have done is use my projector to host outdoor film evenings. Blankets, firepit,
film. If this sounds like your vibe, then great!

Who am I?
- I am a male in my early 30s. I work in advertising with a balance of working from
home and going into the office. I enjoy live music and live for Notting Hill Carnival.
But I’m equally happy to cook a new recipe and have a quiet evening in to
decompress. It would be good to find a flatmate who would be up for the odd bit of
socialising like a pub quiz or event in town.
