We are looking for a third flatmate to share our beautiful and spacious home.
You'll be living with 2 girls in thier 30's - Eddie who works in Marketing and loves to dance and Sharina who organises people for a living, does a lot of stretching and tries not to kill plants.
We are looking for a friendly addition who is looking for a home as opposed to a flat. We sometimes eat, drink and catch up together but equally we are pretty busy with other friends and commitments. You'll ideally be looking to stay here long term, come fully housetrained, be professional(ish), friendly and interesting.
The flat is a gem (yes we're biased but you'll see why). Split over 5 levels, we have the luxury of space and never feel on top of each other. The large kitchen/dining room and seperate living room are on the main floor alongside the available bedroom. It's furnished with a double bed and like every room in the flat, has its own decorative fireplace. It also has a bookshelf, desk and wardrobe so plenty of storage. It looks out over a beautifully manicured front garden and is a wonderful sun trap in the summer.
There is a main bathroom and an attic that has a shower/bath as well as a utility area with washing machine and seperate dryer. This room also has the space to double up as a home office if required.
The flat is really light and airy thanks to a wonderful skylight and furnished with pretty much everything needed. The landladies and neighbours are wonderful as well.
We're situated between Tufnell Park and Holloway Road on a quiet leafy street with excellent transport links, shops and a gym nearby.
People who live here tend to stay a while so choosing the right person is really important to us (and the landladies). If interested please get in touch with more information about yourself and we'll go from there.
