We are offering a double room in leafy Dartmouth Park just 10 minutes' walk from Hampstead Heath.

We're sociable but laid back and appreciate the calm atmosphere of both the house and the neighbourhood.

The flat has a large bow window in the living room, a small kitchen with an oven, washing machine and a fridge. The bathroom (recently refurbished) has both a shower and a bath. We have access to a garden that we share with our downstairs neighbours. Both flats get along very well and share garden furniture. Bills are not included in the advertised rent but come to around £150 per person per month.

The room is a double (but could be a single) with a small fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and optional work table and chair. It is located at the front of the property in the first-floor flat of a converted house.

The tenants are a kiwi gay guy in his early 40s, and french girl in her late 20s. We're very chilled and tidy professionals who are looking for the same. One of us works in fashion and the other works in IT for a London university.

The flat is equidistant between Archway and Tufnell Park on the Northern line and is served by the 4 and C11 bus routes. Upper Holloway and Gospel Oak overground stations are each within a 15 minute walk of the flat. Nearby, you will find Hampstead Heath, Waterlow Park and Highgate Cemetery.
