Large Room available in Tufnell Park

Myself and my flatmate Georgie have a fantastic large room available. 2 wardrobes, desk with chair. Lovely new bed side table, with new mattress as well. Location is great with bus stop just up the road and Tufnell Park tube station an 8 minute walk away. We are students but open to anyone who would like to join our tenancy. Rent is open to change as well depending on what you would like, just give me (Claudia) a message. Bottom floor flat with garden and separate front door. Shared kitchen and bathroom. We are very clean and looking for someone to join our tenancy.
