Gym, yoga studio, nail parlour, pharmacy, launderette, dry-cleaners within a minute’s walk.

I am mum to a teenager who comes and goes; I am welcoming and have a naturally tidy approach to living. I cycle everywhere, do not drink alcohol, occasionally cook fish and prefer the flat to be bacon-free.

I am friendly, enjoy meeting people, happy to have a good chat now and then.

Lodger:
- Single lodger @£1450/pcm
- 1-3-month renewable agreement
- 1 week deposit £335
- 1 month advance notice break clause
