Lovely double room available form July 5th in Tufnell Park. I need to move out and currently looking for someone to replace me. The house is great, spacious, clean and quiet (even if there's 5 tenants living here). We have 2 bathrooms (1x per floor), big kitchen, 3x storage rooms and a living room. There is also a patio but it doesn't get used much.
The rent is £900 per month with all bills included and we also have a cleaner over once a month (included in the bills).

Location is absolutely amazing, just 5 minutes walk from Tufnell Park station, 2 minutes from the closest bus stop, 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town and 20 minutes walk from Camden Town and Archway.
