Spacious and furnished double room available from July 16th in Tufnell Park. I need to move out and currently looking for someone to replace me. You would take over from me and then can renew directly with the agency from September.

The house is great, spacious, clean and quiet (even if there's 5 tenants living here). We have 2 bathrooms (1x per floor), big kitchen, 3x storage rooms and a living room. There is also a patio but it doesn't get used much.
The rent is £950 per month with all bills included (water, internet, council tax, etc.) and we also have a cleaner over once a month (included in the bills).

Location is absolutely amazing, just 5 minutes walk from Tufnell Park station, 2 minutes from the closest bus stop, 10 minutes walk from Kentish Town and 20 minutes walk from Camden Town and Archway and Holloway Road.
