Hello! I have a double room available in a two bedroom flat in a beautiful Victorian home. It’s a lovely, safe, friendly neighbourhood just a ten minute walk from Parliament hill. I am looking for a new flatmate, ideally a female professional. Whilst the room is unfurnished I have furnished the rest of the flat myself.
I am looking for someone friendly, conscientious, and likes to take initiative to do things, like having a drink, hanging out and chatting after a long day. I also respect privacy and don’t expect to do everything together, understand needing space.
I like to respect the place I live in and keep common areas neat and clean at all times. I do not have a cleaner, so expect to share weekly cleaning tasks relatively evenly week to week.
Monthly bills are roughly between £150 to £180 each, not included in rent.
