We are looking for a new flatmate to join our humble abode this August as are other flatmate is leaving the nest.
The house is very spacious and nice. It’s got a great outdoor area for BBQs, a modern kitchen, plenty of storage space and is fully furnished. We have been living here for 2 years so all the amenities are in place.
The available room is a single room with a bed and big wardrobes. The adjacent bathroom is shared with one other flatmate (although there are three bathrooms in the house). Please see photos.
Myself and Gavin are working professionals in the City. Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, we are friendly, relaxed and respectful. Ideally we would like a like-minded flatmate who is sociable, respectful and tidy.
