Description
We are looking for someone to replace me in our lovely 2-bed flatshare in Tufnell Park as I’m planning to move in with my partner mid-August.
The flat is situated on a pretty residential street, 3 minutes walk from the Northern Line tube station and ideally located for walks on Hampstead Heath, evenings in Kentish Town and the large supermarkets and cinema on Holloway Road. It has a private entrance and large patio and garden.
The Flat
The room is a good-sized double bedroom with lots of natural light from the patio doors that lead directly into the spacious private patio and garden. The flat comes with a well equipped kitchen (gas hob and a very newly fitted washer/dryer), bathroom with bath and shower, and large living room with sofa, dining table and beautiful bay window.
The garden contains a shed with lots of extra storage space and gardening tools, and the property is double-glazed throughout which helps keep heating bills reasonable.
I’ve been living here for the past 18 months and have loved it! It’s a quiet yet buzzy area of London with a fantastic, independent high street just around the corner. The patio makes a great space for hosting a BBQ, and being walking distance to Hampstead Heath is a dream.
Your Flatmate
Gabe is a Software Developer working in Kentish Town. He is vegan, loves to cook and spends his time playing music and performing in musical theatre productions (currently in a show at the Camden Fringe). He occasionally works from home at the table in the living room, but there’s plenty of space for two. He is kind and compassionate, and wants to ensure the flat remains a safe space to be able to switch off in his (quite limited!) free time.
Other Details
Our tenancy agreement is unfurnished, but I own most of the furniture in the flat and am planning to leave anything that you need behind - so you can make use of as much of it as you would like, or I’ll take anything that you don’t need away when I move out.
The flat is available mid-August with some flexibility.
We’re looking for someone kind and considerate who wants to make the flat their home. If you’re interested in moving in, please let me know so we can arrange a viewing and - just as importantly - meet each other. Please include some information about yourself in your reply so that we can get a feel for you too.
Extra info:
- Council Tax Band D
- Furnishing optional, I'll take or leave as much as you want
