1/2 double rooms in 4-bed townhouse in gated mews

We have two rooms in this beautiful secluded house just a 5 minute walk from either Tufnell Park or Archway on the Northern Line, or Upper Holloway on the overground. The gated community makes this location feel incredibly safe and away from all the noise of the main road, which is why I have chosen to stay in this house for the past 5 years. The neighbours are all very friendly and keep to themselves, and we have large communal bins which are emptied weekly without needing to remember to take them out!

Room 1 - the first room is a double room with a maisonette balcony overlooking the mews. This is great for lighting and in the summer months as it gets a nice breeze into the room. There is a large built in cupboard/wardrobe feature in the room which provides ample storage, as well as cubes built into the wall. The room can come with a bed if required, just let us know in advance please.

Room 2 - is a smaller room but still contains a double bed, desk and drawers. The window of the room overlooks the roof terrace which provides access directly outside if required. As with the first room, the furniture can be removed or kept if you ask in advance.

Communal areas - there is a shared bathroom on the first floor and another toilet on the ground floor (shared bathroom pictured.

The spacious roof terrace is great for hanging clothes and sitting out in the summer, as it gets sun for the majority of the day! There is also a skylight which overlooks the dining area next to the kitchen.

Downstairs we move a modern kitchen in an open-plan setting which leads into the dining area and then the lounge (all pictured). We have a large 52 inch TV in the lounge and Several chairs/an L-shaped sofa which everyone is welcome to use as much as they wish.

Outside the front of the house looks into the rest of the mews where we have a private car parking space outside the house which anyone can use. There are also spaces for additional cars for infrequent use if required.

We are two 28 year old males who know each other from uni and have lived together for 3 years now. We are very laid back, clean and respectful and we are looking for two housemates who are similar to us! We both like to spend time and hang out as a house, but are also happy spending time in our rooms and chilling on our own. As long as you are friendly, clean and respectful of everyone else in the house we are pretty easygoing.

We pay bills on top of the rent so we can sort that out seperately but they are reasonable and pay these with monthly direct debit. Our council tax band is F.
