Hey everyone! Sadly I am moving out of my flat in Tufnell Park in October and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Me and my flatmates are ideally looking for a working professional from age 28-32 to replace me, who fits the chilled, laid-back atmosphere of the flat and will treat it like their home.

THE ROOM

The available room is a very spacious and bright double bedroom, fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and modern en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a lovely tree-lined view out of the main window of the neighbours gardens, and the room is very peaceful and quiet.

THE FLAT

The property is a beautiful, light, and modern three bedroom duplex apartment split over the top two floors of a victorian terraced house. All three bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as the kitchen (which is well equipped and newly refurbished) and another shared bathroom. The top floor is the light and airy lounge with large windows, a skylight, and plenty of room for socialising and kicking back in front of the TV. The landlord is very laid back and accommodating yet responsive to any queries/issues with the property.

FLATMATES

You would be living in the flat with two young professionals in their twenties, who are both sociable round the house and always up for a natter. Jamie (29) Irish, works from home in the media industry (editor/producer) and enjoys content creation, running and football. Sixtine (28) French, works in the fashion industry, enjoys art, photography and cinema.

LOCAL AREA

Tufnell Park is a leafy suburban neighbourhood with a lovely collection of local cafes, pubs, and shops all within a small radius of the flat. A wider range of big shops and supermarkets can be found nearby in Archway, Kentish Town, and Holloway, each around 10 minutes walk away in either direction. The bustling Camden Town is also only 20 minute walk down the road (or one stop on the tube). In under 20 minutes walk you can also reach Hampstead Heath (my personal favourite green space in London).

TRANSPORT LINKS

Tufnell Park tube station is under a minute walk from the front door, which is served by Northern line trains (High Barnet branch) that can take you into central London in no time at all. Gospel Oak overground station is also only 15 minutes walk away, which is great for heading east to Hackney or west to Shepherd's Bush.
