hey! I currently have a bright and spacious double room (including a private balcony with views of Hampstead Heath!) in 2 a bed flat in Tufnell Park for a 3 month sublet. Walking distance from Hampstead Heath and Highgate Village!

The rent is currently £900/month including bills, council tax and wifi. The room is furnished with the essentials eg. bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, lamp, wardrobe, etc. There's no deposit but the 3 months rent up front is required instead. You must be in full time employment and references will be required.

It is very well connected with only a 5-10 minute walk to Tufnell Park and Archway stations (northern line) and Gospel Oak on the overground. Also about 15 minutes to Kentish Town (northern line).

The block is very friendly and chilled out - neighbours are a mix of young professionals, families and retirees. The flat is on the 3rd floor but has a lift!! It is easy to get anywhere in London so is ideal for someone who wants to be close to the city but also likes to have a quieter home life.

You'll be living with me, Abi, a 29 y/o female. I am a pretty chilled and outgoing person. I love a night out just as much as a night in and am looking for someone who likes their own space but also doesn't mind socialising in the evening sometimes or going for a coffee/drink now and then. It is NOT a party flat so it that's the vibe you're looking for, it's not for you. Some of my interests include cinema, art, reading, embroidery, crochet, ice skating and yoga.
