Double room - lovely Tuffnel Park 3-bed (6 months)

Looking for a housemate at 3.5 bed house in Tufnell Park, with two 31-year-old female professionals and a small dog called Duffy. We are a 5-minute walk to Tufnell Park (Northern Line) and a 7-minute walk to Hampstead Heath.

Bella is in the office 4-5 days a week and Portia works half the week at home and half in the office. The house has three high-spec bathrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the 1st floor with a bath and shower (shared between you and Bella) and there's an en suite upstairs which is Portia's. The room on offer has a chest of drawers, and the option to buy our housemate's current bed or bring your own. The house was recently re-done and the kitchen and bathrooms were brand new when we moved in.

We have a very homely environment and love to cook together. We have friends over for gatherings every now and then (BBQs, birthdays, events) but generally try to maintain a bit of a sanctuary at home. We also live with Duffy, Portia’s cavapoo who is super friendly and loves a snuggle on the sofa - so dog lovers only.
