Double room in Tufnell Park

We’re Nicole, Mariana and Carla, and we’re looking for a friendly, respectful, and clean new housemate to join us in our lovely home. I’m moving out, so we’re hoping to find someone who will love the space as much as I have.

The Location
5-10min walk to Tufnell Park and Kentish Town (Northern Line) stations. Nisa and Sainsbury’s are around the corner, with plenty of cafes and bakeries nearby.

The Room
Modern double room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and chest of drawers. Mattress is new (got it new 2 months ago).

The House
We’ve been living here for three years, and we love it. It’s a spacious, clean, and cozy home, with a fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony. The landlady is very responsible and quick to address any issues.

Rent: £887 per month (bills not included; approx. £70-100/month for utilities and council tax). Contract ends end of August, with possibility to extend.
Deposit: £850
Move-in date: Beginning February 2025
