Room w/ en suite in Tufnell Park

My place is going through renovation and therefore I am putting an en suite room at a deep discounted rate. The is a small double bed (Simba mattress less than a year old), a closet, a vanity, etc. Rent includes bills. I live in the property and no one else. I work in the office 3x per week and home the other 2x. There is another room in the house which I use as my home office and gym with a Peleton bike. The tenant can use the bike. It’s a very quiet street (no noise at night, etc.).
