In exchange for your flexibility with renting 1 month only (2-4 week extension still at this same discounted rate may become possible later, however at this stage not guaranteed), I am offering more than a competitive rate in the area. So you can live in a fabulous location, amazing short commute into town, lovely high street, walking distance to Hampstead Heath etc, and of course, no sharing with a landlord etc involved.

The studio is part furnished, beautifully kept.

Really looking for some lovely easy-going person/people to enjoy in until July.

You will be responsible for utilities, council, wifi and such. Council is band C.
