Room in beautiful, cozy flat ✨

There is a double room with space for a small desk and plenty of storage space available for rent. The room has been recently repainted and faces a beautiful garden enclosure so is quiet, peaceful and gets beautiful light. The room can be provided with furniture (there is a beautiful load double bed at the moment) or without.

There is a shared living room equipped with a projector for movie nights.

Two British shorthair kittens live at the property. They are very well behaved, clean and cuddly.

I am a professional working in the city and enjoy cooking, Pilates, running, spa-ing and living a wholesome life. I run my own culture club and will host some events in the flat every now and again, it would be lovely for a new flatmate to join in! I am tidy, respectful and enjoy my own space whilst also valuing sharing space with someone and catching up.

The flat has great transport links into various parts of town, including being within a walkable distance to Hampstead Heath.
