I'm leaving London so will have to give up my room. A new occupant is needed to sign a contract that begins in early June.

A furnished room with a double bed one minutes' walk from Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line). Very good value by London standards with all bills and council tax included. The shelves and lamps in the pictures are mine, but the rest of the furniture comes with the room. Small but decent shared kitchen and bathroom. Cleaner comes every two weeks to clean common areas (included in the rent).

It's in a lovely area, on the main road but the room faces to the back, towards a quiet yard area. Gospel Oak Station on the overground and the edge of Hampstead Heath about 15 minutes' walk away. Kentish Town is ten minutes' walk, and Central London is ten minutes on the tube.
