Double room to rent in 3-bed near Hampstead Heath

The double room in our 3-bedroom, 1st-floor flat will be available end of June. The flat is within walking distance to Gospel Oak Overground (15 mins), Archway Northern Line Station (~10 mins), Tufnell Park Northern Line Station (15 mins), and 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath.

*The Flat*

• The room is furnished with a double bed and a desk.
• Kitchen and living room with all the usuals (minus a dishwasher).
• One bathroom with a bath and shower.
• Communal garden
• £803 per month, excluding bills.
• Council tax band C
• Move-in date: 26th June, our contract runs to the end of August but would renew in current yearly format.

*What We're Looking For*

Without this sounding like a Hinge profile, we are looking for someone in their 20s-30s and suits our vibe.

We are Alex (30, Renewable Energy) and Neil (28, Marketing Manager). We enjoy music gigs, running/walking, and are social. We tend to work from home 2-3 times a week. The landlady/management company are incredibly responsive and respectful, and our 4 years in the flat have been fantastic so far. The household is vegetarian/vegan and ideally, we'd prefer to live with someone with similar dietary requirements.
