Spacious Double Room in Tufnell Park From August

Hello!

The room is a really spacious double! It has a double bed, coach, desk, chair, coffee table, AND four wardrobes! In addition theres a bay window and an additional large window overlooking the street. You can see both Tufnell Park Playing Fields and Foxham Gardens from the bedroom. Theres a lot of natural light and very high ceilings which makes the room lovely throughout the day and evening!

The house has a kitchen with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher which looks out over the garden, where there is lots of sun, a patio, grass, shed, and a picnic table. You can also use the lines for air drying laundry if you prefer!

The ground floor has a large living room with a TV, two sofas, lots of shelving, and a dining table. Theres also direct access from the living room into the garden if you like to host friends. Theres also an extra bathroom downstairs and access to the basement which you can use for storage.

The room in on the first floor wheres there a second bathroom with plenty of storage.

The house is equidistant from Tufnell Park and Upper Holloway stations (about eight minutes to each) so you have easy access to the Northern Line and the Overground. Its 20 minutes from the door into Central.

In terms of buses, its a 4 minute walk to the 4, and 8 minutes to the 134, 390, and N20, giving you 24 hour bus access. The 17, 43, 263, N61, and N263 are just under 10 minutes away on Holloway Road!

You can store a bike in the house and theres street parking if you need it.

In terms of green space you have Tufnell Park Playing Fields and Foxham Gardens literally on your doorstep! Whittington Park is 5 minutes away and its 15-20 minutes walk to Hampstead Heath for any runners or swimmers!

As an area Tufnell Park is really lovely, the house is 2 minutes from the shops (Bugdens, Post Office, two cafes, and the Tufnell Park Tavern).

If I wasn’t moving for work I would definitely be staying, the house and the area are wonderful, and the size of the room is wild for Zone 2! I regularly host friends with a double air mattress and theres still space left over!

In terms of cost, the rent is £1000 with a one off £100 fee to be added to the lease. Since you’ll be taking for the last month of this lease, I will cover the £120 in bills for the month meaning you can just enjoy the summer sun and not have to worry about any additional costs! You are welcome to sign on with the agency for another year in September as well if you are looking for something more longterm at that point bills are no longer included.

There is flexibility in terms of move in date so long as you pass referencing with the agency.
