Looking for a 4th flatmate to join our lovely 4 bed house in Tufnell Park. The current 3 flatmates have been living here for the last 2 years and are looking for someone to join so we can sign on for another year.
About us:
The 3 of us (Sasha 25, Liam 25, Kelly 24) are good friends and enjoy socialising together. We’re big fans of our local (the owl and hitchhiker is conveniently less than a minute away) or watching TV in the lounge. We are all professionals who hybrid work.
The house;
The room is a double room, big enough to fit a desk in if you need to wfh. There’s a large lounge, a fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, and a garden. The rent is £1050 pcm, with bills coming up to £150 (including a cleaner).
Please reach out if you think you’d be a good fit. We will be doing viewings ASAP as we would like to sign the lease as fast as we can. The room is officially available at the end of September but there may be some flexibility to bring this earlier.
