Friendly Household Near Tufnell Park 500pcm

Hi there.

We are a group of relaxed, friendly, professional 30-somethings looking for a similar flat mate to join our house in Tufnell Park/Kentish Town.
There is a cat living in the household too.
We are looking for non-smokers only please.

The room is a small double and is available furnished ( bed currently -and wardrobe only - but the current flatmate might leave a shelf unit if you are interested).
The rent is a total bargain for this area at 500 per month plus bills (approx. 150 per month).
It's a slightly older two-storey house with two bathrooms, a large living room and back yard.

Room available from mid-October and there is a deposit payment of £350 payable to secure the room.

We are all very easy-going, clean and tidy, and considerate of everyone else in the house and we would want someone similar to join us. We are queer friendly household. You are welcome to invite guests for dinner/stay over every once in a while, however we are not the type of household to host big parties on the weekend.

We have a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.

There is a 24 hour bus that takes you into Central London via Kings Cross about 20 meters from our door and we have Tufnell park tube stations at around a 7 minute walk. Kentish town tube is a 10 minutes walk

All in all its a great house in an awesome location with really cool little cafes, veggie and organic produce shops peppered around. We're about a 15 minute walk from Camden and about 20 minutes to the grand Hampstead Heath and its swimming ponds.
