The double room in our 3-bedroom, 1st-floor flat will be available at the start of November. The flat is within walking distance to Gospel Oak Overground (15 mins), Archway Northern Line Station (~10 mins), Tufnell Park Northern Line Station (15 mins), and 5 minutes from Hampstead Heath.

The Flat
• The room is partly furnished. It includes a double bed, a bedside table, and two wardrobes.
• Kitchen and living room with all the usuals (minus a dishwasher).
• One bathroom with a bath and shower.
• £870 per month, excluding bills.
• Move-in date: Start of November

About Us
We are Tom (31, Social Media Manager) and Neil (29, Marketing Manager), two relaxed and easy-going young professionals looking for a new housemate.

We're regularly attending music gigs, out running or meeting up with friends in central. But expect to see a fair bit of us as we tend to work from home 2 times a week. The landlady/management company are incredibly responsive and respectful, and our 4 and half years here have been fantastic so far.
