A furnished double room for rent in the heart of Tufnell Park. Only 2 minutes from the tube station. Front garden.

Moving out of my spacious room after four years and looking for a replacement tenant for this lovely home. Flatmates are 2 professional girls in their late 20s, and a friendly indoor cat Zoë.
We are all very easygoing and down to earth people who value having a peaceful home. If you are a party animal this will not be a good fit. We enjoy relaxed evenings at home with a good film/book accompanied by some tasty food. We are girls of simple pleasures when not at work.

New housemate should be someone friendly, trustworthy, easygoing, have a sense of humor and be clean and tidy.
And ofc, cat friendly 😸

Vegeterian/vegan preferred but not essential! LGBTQ+ very welcome.

Rent is £800pcm. Plus all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi) that come to around £150 pp/pcm. Move in date is flexible, earliest 26th December and latest 2nd January.
