Large room on first floor at the front of a house in Tufnell Park – all bills (inc council tax) & wi fi included –– Shared bathroom with wc on first floor – separate wcs on ground and first floors - Spacious kitchen / dining area – Conservatory – Garden – washing machine and dryer in basement - House backs onto a small park and it’s a quiet area. One other lodger (male) living and working on top floor (which has it’s own en suite) – I am live-in landlord – retired – The room is for single occupancy - This is a five bedroom house but I am not expecting to rent any other rooms. Tubes, buses and overground are an easy walk away.
