The flat has a modern kitchen, a large carpeted living room, one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The bedroom is a fully furnished double, with everything you need to move straight in. Rent is £1150 per month, including all bills. You’ll be sharing with me – I’m 33, in my final year of osteopathy and working in massage/healthcare. I’m a considerate, health-conscious person who enjoys yoga, meditation, nature, and a mix of quiet time and the occasional chat, film or meal together. This is a calm, respectful home rather than a party flat. I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate who is working or studying full-time, is mindful of noise, and looks after shared spaces. Someone who’s happy to do their own thing but also doesn’t mind the odd catch-up on the sofa. The room is available from early January.
