Hey, I'm Sophie and I'm moving in with my partner so am looking for someone AMAZING to replace me in this beautiful flatshare between Tufnell Park and Archway, living with Anna and Maddie.
🏡 THE HOUSE:
- The house is a two-story split level flat in a Victorian House on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are two other flats in our building, a ground level flat and basement flat beneath us.
- Come in! The first floor consists of a separate kitchen, massive living room and my bedroom (the room for rent!).
- Up the stairs you have a split level landing, with a french door that opens to a decked terrace which is perfect for soaking up the rays in summer. It overlooks the back garden with tall trees, so is nice and quiet.
- Up to the second floor, you have Anna and Maddie's bedrooms, and the first bathroom (shower and toilet).
- Up the stairs again and into the cozy attic bathroom with a toilet and a bath. Handy to have two bathrooms!
🛏 YOUR BEDROOM:
- The room is on the first floor at the back of the house, so is lovely and quiet. It's square shaped and big with high ceilings, and comes furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a clothes wrack and a white chest of drawers.
- A large sash window gives loads of natural sunlight flooding into the room.
💰 BILLS
- Water, gas & electricity (Octopus), TV license, internet and council tax bills are not included.
- These are approx £135 per month in addition to the rent. £150 in depths of winter.
- We also have a brilliant cleaner who comes every other week for the common areas, at £35 per month each. So the house is always squeaky clean.

This is such an amazing area with the Heath, Camden, Kentish Town, Holloway and Tufnell Park all within easy reach by foot. Fab pubs, brunch spots, coffee shops, gyms, cafes, parks, yoga studios, pilates studios, shops and supermarkets all within easy reach. It's my favourite part of London.
👫 MADDIE & ANNA
- You will be living with the lovely Maddie and Anna, both professionals in their 30s. Maddie has lived here for two years and Anna for eight, so it really feels like home and we treat it as one! Both are kind, considerate, friendly and up for chatting / socialising / gigging / grabbing brunch, coffee or a beer, getting a takeaway, watching a film and have become great friends to me while I've lived here. They both have their own busy lives, but are warm and welcoming.
- They work from home quite a bit, so you'll often end up having a chat in the kitchen over a tea.
- They are looking for someone who wants to make the house their home, someone considerate when it comes to noise, cleanliness and ensuring the house is a warm, friendly and relaxing place to live.
