2 bed flat looking for a flatmate to join a lovely homely close to central flat. Situated less than 5 minutes walk from Tuffnell Park tube station with a city view balcony, large living room with separate kitchen, and double room to rent.

A few minutes walk from the high street, the flat is very close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. Archway station is also just down the road; it’s a very convenient and connected place to live. For longer commutes, King’s Cross is about 20 minutes on the bus. Kentish Town and Camden are also very close and with an easy walk to Hampstead Heath it’s a great area to be.

Rent £1050 not including bill.

Start to mid February move in date ideal.

The estate agents will need to do their usual tenancy checks and you will be signed onto an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement through them. £1000 deposit required (check this). This deposit will be handled through the estate agents and placed in a certified deposit protection scheme.

No short term, 1 year minimum.

Looking to share a flat with someone who is happy to share a home, and perhaps the odd glass of wine or pub visit. We will be clean, tidy and considerate towards eachother and respectful of eachothers spaces.

The flat is technically unfurnished and there is currently no bed in the room so you’d have to provide one. However, here is a wardrobe if you’d like to use it. If you would like help picking a bed up or a delivery coming I can help, the rest of the furniture here is mine so make yourself at home.

About me:

I’m 32, and I work in TV and Film. I can work very long hours at work so am often out of the flat. On occasion I work from home but only short days.

Fashion, Art, History, Film, Museums, Exhibitions, Cinema, Pub Visits, Charity Shopping, Knitting, Sewing.

I will be holding viewings from the 16th -18th of Jan, but may be able to accommodate other schedules if required.
