I’m going away for the month of March and am looking for someone to sublet my room in a lovely 2‑bed garden flat in the Tufnell Park / Kentish Town area.

Rent: £900 (all bills included)

- Separate entrance hallway ideal for bike storage
- High ceilings, dark wood floorboards, and plenty of character
- Bathroom with both bath and shower
- Kitchen with a gas hob
- Spacious shared living area, including a table and office chair—great for working from home

The Room

- Comes furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, and tall shelving/drawer unit.
- I’ll clear most of my belongings so you can make full use of the storage space.

Location & Transport

- Tufnell Park Station: 4 min walk to Northern Line
- Kentish Town Station: less than 10 min walk for Thameslink and Northern Line
- Gospel Oak and Kentish Town West slightly further away but also within reach for Overground links
- Excellent bus links, including the 24‑hour 390 into the West End

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easy‑going man in his 30s who manages a local delicatessen.

This is a great flat and would suit someone working hybrid.
