Hello fellow humans! This is an LGBTQ friendly house.
I’m Flo(she/her) and I live with Sam (he/him) and Caz (she/they). The three of us are looking for a fourth lovely new housemate, preferably a women or queer/trans person (professional, age 27-36) who appreciates connection, community, wholesome things and would like to join us in our warm, welcoming home in this lovely four-bedroom house, available 23rd March 2026. 1 of our lovely housemates is moving out to live with her partner. The house has a cute garden where we like to spend time in during Spring/Summer months, gardening and spending time in. This is not a party house but we love to cook and host dinners/board game nights occasionally for friends. We have 1 monthly dinner together where we each take turns to cook :)
Located in a secure, gated complex down a quiet street, it’s a lovely townhouse with a small patio/garden, a shared dining room and kitchen.
About the area
House is in-between Archway and Tufnell Park so you have both undergrounds as options and lots of busses around.
We’re slap-bang in the middle of Tufnell Park and Archway underground stations - a ten-minute walk in either direction.
A bus stop is also less than five minutes from our front door, with other amenities such as Puregym, Upper Holloway overground and O2 Forum Kentish Town just a short walk away. It’s a great area with some lovely pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as Sainsbury's, Aldi, Co-op and M&S. We’re also a 20min walk from Hampstead Heath, and central London is just a 15-minute tube ride.
1 double ensuite - (unfurnished) - £1090
Bills
Bills come in at around £130pcm. These include:
Council tax (band F)
WiFi
Water
Gas/electricity
PLEASE READ - Preference for housemates:
-prefer a woman or queer/trans person
- Non-smokers only.
- While Caz doesn’t drink and Sam and I barely ever drink, we’re fine with you doing so, as long as it’s not in a party-heavy way.
- Preferably someone calm.
- Seeks a calm, homely space to unwind - a relaxing environment rather than a party house.
- Someone who wants to build a genuine connection with the people they live with.
- Values cleanliness, particularly in shared spaces, and takes initiative to maintain a tidy home - we have a cleaning schedule which works great.
- Communicates openly, kindly, and with transparency.
- Loves animals.
- Comfortable with the occasional small gathering of friends, like little dinners.
- Balances independence with a sense of community.
- Bonus if you’re interested in gardening or tending to outdoor spaces!
A bit about us
I’m 31 (She/her) and I work for the National Deaf Children’s Society and I'm a singer-songwriter. I'm passionate about community, gardening, cooking, running on the Heath, arts and crafts, deep and meaningful conversations and I want to cultivate a space where we can connect and feel at home.
Sami (He/Him) is 30. Loves cooking, baking, boardgames, music and playing Stardew Valley.
Caz (she/they) is 27. Currently looking for work in nonprofit after leaving a housing job. Loves cycling, and swimming on the Heath.
While we’re all independent, we enjoy fostering a sense of togetherness and having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message with why you think this is the right home for you and a little bit about yourself :)
