Hi there, I'm looking for someone to take up the remainder of my current agreement - 5 months with option to renew at the end. The room is in a 1st floor flat and is a big double room with all bills included in the rent.

It is a furnished room which includes the bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a washer/dryer, along with plenty of storage space in the kitchen and a bathroom shared between all flatmates. The current flatmates are 2 professionals and are quiet, clean and respectful.
