Large En Suite Room in Friendly House Share

Hi everyone,

I’m moving out of this lovely house to move in with my partner, so my room is becoming available.

The room is a large, bright furnished double with its own en suite bathroom, which has been a real luxury. The house has four bedrooms in total, with a shared kitchen, dining area, and a nice garden - great in the warmer months. There’s also shared parking available.

You’d be living with three working professionals who are genuinely lovely - friendly, respectful, and easy going. It’s a calm, clean house where everyone has their own space but is also up for the occasional chat.

We’re ideally looking for another professional who is tidy, considerate, and happy to be part of a relaxed and respectful home. It’s not a party house, but it’s very comfortable and welcoming, so you can expect a peaceful and friendly living environment.

The location is great, a short 5–10 minute walk to Tufnell Park and Archway stations, and around a 15–20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath.

The property is in Islington (council tax band applies), and bills are not included.

I’ve really enjoyed living here and will be sad to leave, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy it just as much 🙂
