The room is in a 1st floor flat and is a large double room with all bills included in the rent. Please note no short term stays are offered and the room is single occupancy only.

It is a furnished room which includes the bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There is a washer/dryer, along with plenty of storage space in the kitchen and a bathroom shared between all flatmates. The current flatmates are 2 professionals and are quiet, clean and respectful.
