Hi there, I'm looking for someone to take up the remainder of my current licence agreement, around 3.5 months with option to renew at the end. The room is in a 1st floor flat and is a bright large double room with all bills included in the rent.

It is a furnished room and there is a washer/dryer, along with plenty of storage space in the kitchen and a bathroom shared between all flatmates. The current flatmates are 2 male professionals and are quiet, clean and respectful.
