I’m moving out of London due to personal reasons and am looking for someone to take over my room in a comfortable and well-maintained 2-bedroom flat.

• Available from late June (earliest move-in date: June 16)

The area is safe, quiet, and very convenient, with plenty of supermarkets, cafés, pubs, and restaurants nearby.

The letting agency is responsive and reliable. Any maintenance issues are handled promptly at no extra cost.
About the Flatmate
Your future flatmate is a friendly female professional on a work visa. We’re looking for:
• A female working professional
• Able to pass reference checks
• Clean and tidy
• No parties
• No frequent overnight guests
• Respectful of shared spaces and normal routines
As the current flatmate is Chinese, a Mandarin-speaking female professional would be an especially good fit.

I’ve lived here happily for two years and truly enjoyed my time in this flat. If I weren’t leaving London, I wouldn’t move out.
