Double room in 5 person house share - Tufnell Park

We're looking for a sociable professional to join our fun, welcoming house share in Tufnell park.

The house has a big kitchen and a large living/dining room, so there's plenty of space to hang out, and people do actually use it! Theres also a back garden with space for picnics and bbqs.

The room itself has a lot of space, and plenty of storage, with a skylight and view over the back garden.

Important stuff:

We're looking for a working professional. Importantly, you'll need to pass full referencing and sign a contract before moving in. This includes:
- Valid photo ID
- Proof of right to rent in the UK
- 3 months' payslips or an employer's reference confirming your salary
- References from a previous landlord (if applicable)

Bills are lumped together and shared between everyone. Theres a little variability from month to month but you'll pay about £115 monthly.

The room is actually free from right now, if you need flexibility on move in date! The contract start will be on the 5th, to be clear.

Time is a little tight unfortunately and I'm only available for viewings in the evenings:

- thursday 28th
- monday 1st june
