Looking for a friendly house mate that is clean, tidy, trustworthy & social.

The bed room available is a comfortable single bed with plenty of storage, wardrobe, desk & draws.. The room has large window with amazing views over London.

The flat is a good size, clean & recently decorated. Has a good size kitchen/lounge with large double aspect windows with doors to a roof terrace immediately off from the lounge. The lounge has a sofa, dining area & a big TV, plus WiFi.

The kitchen area has all the facilities from large fridge/freezer to hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer dryer. All modern & clean with plenty of storage. The shower room is again modern & tidy. It’s a quiet flat as we are away from the road & neighbours are very quiet & it’s a friendly community.

Your fellow house mates, Alex (me) & Nick are both working. Have lived here for 5 years and enjoy the area & surrounds of Tufnell Park. , We are friendly & social, looking for a flat mate who is similar, likes the quieter life, easy to get along with, tidy, trustworthy & respectful.

The area itself has great transport links to all London areas. Tube & overground stations very close. Shops, gyms & restaurants in the area are good plus not far from amazing the green spaces & parks in this area.
