I’m looking for someone lovely to take over my spacious double room in our beautiful 2-bed flat in the heart of Tufnell Park.

The room is a really generous size with a double bed, wardrobe, storage and space for a working-from-home setup if needed. It has a large window bringing in lots of natural light and looks out onto greenery, so it feels really calm and peaceful.

The flat itself is bright, cosy and feels like home rather than just somewhere to rent. There’s an open-plan kitchen/living area, a shared bathroom, a private garden as well as access to a communal garden, which is such a bonus in London.

You’ll be living with one female flatmate who works full-time and is out during the day. The flat has a relaxed, respectful and friendly atmosphere. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys having their own space but also wants to live somewhere warm and welcoming.

We’re looking for a female working professional who is clean, considerate and looking for a home rather than just a room.

The area is amazing, with Tufnell Park station nearby, lovely cafés, pubs, shops and green spaces all within walking distance.

The room will be available around the end of August, but there is some flexibility with dates for the right person.
