Double Room in Stunning Tufnell Park Flat

Hello!!

I am sadly moving out of my room in this gorgeous flat (moving in with partner), so I'm looking for someone to replace me. It's a great double room in the centre of Tufnell Park, with brilliant flatmates and a sunny private patio and garden.

The room is a good-sized double – currently housing my bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk. It gets the sun in the afternoon/evening and feels nice and light and airy because of the high ceilings and big windows (featured throughout the flat).

The flat itself is fully furnished with a large kitchen and open-plan living area, modern bathroom, garden and outdoor patio. It's a really beautiful place to live – I've lived here for 3+ years and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

We're in a great location: 5 mins walk from Tufnell Park station, 10 mins walk to Kentish Town high street for shopping & the station and (the best bit) 20 mins walk to Hampstead Heath/Parliament Hill lido.

My flatmates are two really friendly & respectful female young professionals working in social impact investment and healthcare. Sarah has lived in the flat for 3+ years too and works hybrid; Isla moved in recently and is in the office/at the hospital full-time. We like to do our own thing but also hang out together when we're all in.

Monthly rent is £1,160.25 plus bills. Bills come to around £120-140 per month and include council tax, wifi, water & energy. References are required, and no students please.

Availability: The room is available from early August (exact date TBC and possibly flexible).
